The Kapor Center seeks to “level the playing field in tech.” Its work ranges from education programs and community building to strategic investments in women and minority-led, early-stage companies. Kapor’s Talent Network is open to both early-career professionals and senior leaders who want to get involved by either working for the center in a full-time role or as a consultant to share their expertise.
